Lily's had lots of fun friends lately, including Jake, Brianna, Alana and Kristina, and Miss Sharon. She's also starting to have a really good time with Sofie, and the two of them are finally starting to play together.
Sofie is getting more "l'espri" (spirit) each day, and works hard for her mashed avocado!
Suddenly she has five teeth, is all over the house, is trying hard to say "Dog", is pulling herself up on everything, and is eating everything she can get her sticky hands on :)
As much as Lily is loving playing with Sofie, she frequently asks: "Mommy, go put Sofie in her crib, and then we can..." Having Sharon here sure does help...to entertain baby or to play big girl games with Lily.
But it is Junior who continues to be her best friend. He is great with her, and she LOVES hanging out with him and the guys. On Saturday night, she wanted to eat with the guys SO badly, so we walked her up to the cafeteria, the guys set her up with her plate (smashed sweet Haitian potato with milk and sugar on it), and she asked us to please leave. She came home with Junior 45 minutes later just beaming, and has asked every night since to "please go eat with the guys?" Lily loves her life...:)
