Lily's appointment went really well today...she continues to be off the charts for height, but is now also off the charts for weight and head circumference. (they assure me this is all good, as long as they're all in the same range...our range is just BIG). Despite what Great-Grandpa told her, she did NOT pee on the doctor, though she screamed at her a few times, especially during her vaccinations.
All of her development looked great, and the moment the doctor asked, "Is she grabbing for things?" Lily, on-cue, snatched the doctor's laptop and almost sent it to the floor. She's gonna be a sass, this one :)
Daddy's flight was delayed and delayed again, so he's not going to make it home to see Lily before bed today...after 5 days, he is missing her something awful!
Tomorrow morning we head for Kansas to make Miss Lily some new friends!

She is just so darn cute. What wonderful medical/developmental news to receive about Lily as you head back to Haiti - God is just so good.
Hope Matt got home safe and sound - enjoy your trip to Kansas. I just know Lily would love to make some friends in Kansas. At just 6 months old she has more friends than some people have in a lifetime and they are located in several countries!! Her friends can't resist her smile and those beautiful eyes.
